User is logged on and can not be deleted 1

I am trying to delete a voice mail box but I am receiving the error message "user is logged on and can not be deleted".

She is a desktop messaging user so I had her log out of her outlook, but I still can't delete her.

any thoughts?

delete the call pilot messaging from the pc
