User Interface, View Report Content Dynamically?

hello,

i was given the task to create an interface to make viewing and analyzing data easier. the data is to be gouped and analyzed by a user-specified part number, and calculations are to be made based on certain tolerances entered by the user.

i can get CR to do this from within the program, but the exported report is static. my goal is to create an interface that someone without any CR or database knowledge could use to easily extract the information they need. i just began using CR yesterday, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

A report has parameters, and you can use Crystal Enterprise or write your own front end, or check out 3rd party solutions:
