user in groip limitation

I am investigating how to add a user to more than 32 groups. Initially, having 32 groups were enough, now we need to add a user to more than 32 groups (each folder is associated with a group in this case)!

Is ther any way we can overcome this limitation in LINUX (RedHat ES 3)?
