Only way I know to is parse the security log on your DC.
are you trying to see what users are authenticated, or are you trying to see what users are connected to a specific system?
eventcombmt can be used to parse the event logs on all DCs and generate a single report...
net sessions should show you users connected to a specific system when ran from the system you are curious about

in that case, eventcombmt is probably the easiest route, but ill check around and see if theres a tool to do it easier
