User ID rejected

Windows 2003 with Citrix XP

User Receiving following message when he log to the server:

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:
The RPC server is unavailable.

Server event viewer:
Logon Rejected for Domain\userid. The other users not having problem logging into this server.


Please advise.

If the problem is with one user then you should try seeing if this user can logon from a different client. If they can, then you know there's something wrong with their computer, and not their account. Can you logon with your account from their computer?
