Hi all. I have put a new NAS system in place, and I want to create user folders with permissions only for that user and the admins. The folders need quota management too.

I also want to map a network drive to the new location, and direct the my documents to that path.

Now, I know all of this is simple stuff, but I have over 200 users, and I really dont want to do this manually.

Is the best way to create a GPO to do this for me?

I cant seem to find a way using GPO's to achieve all the goals i need to do...

anyone have any ideas of how i can easily achieve this ?

Try Downloading ADModify.exe from microsoft. It allows you to modify AD User Accounts in bulk. You can select all your users and change the Home Path under the users profile tab. Example H: \\NewNas\UsersShares\%username% - This will create a user directory for all users, using their username as the folder name.
