How can I make a windows 2000 server admin an admin on a NT4 Server...(across 2 different domains)

A little more info. I am trying to migrate from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 but when I do it tells me that I(windows 2000 server) am not a admin on the target(nt4) domain I have tried everything I can think of to remedy this! Any help would be greatly appreciated

on nt, go to admins, add user. Change domains and add user. You need to have a trust setup.
