user haveing to login twice

We are running Metaframe XP and we have a problem with a laptop. The user on the laptop always has to log in to Citrix twice. No matter who logs in, they have to do it twice and you can use different logins each time. When you enter your login info and press enter the same exact login screen pops right back up and you have to enter the info again. Any thoughts on what is causeing this?
