Hi

Using Regmon i can see that the user has lost her access to some settings in the regDB.

hku\.default\software\microsoft\office\10.0\common\licensing

is one example. The first one that occur. How can I give her access to this again?

Use regedt32 or wipe the users hkcu/software/microsoft/Office/10.0 key, it should then rebuild from HKLM/Software/microsoft/Windows cant remember the rest off the top of my head, but it has been mentioned and documented here a few time.

How can i wipe the current user in regedit...should i login as the user, with adm rights and then enter regedit.

Delete the entrys she can´t access.

then logout. make har normal user again.

And finally let her test it out?

Or is there another way to delete a specific current user.

You should be able to run it as the user and find the key and delete it. It should be right.
