use your browser and navigate to the following:
IP ADDRESS> (insert :6800 if release 2.X)
When security warning comes up, click yes or ok
When Unified Manager comes up, click on the documentation link near the bottom of the icon stack
Answer the question about Adobe reader.
Choose your language on the menu screen that comes up.
Choose your document.
Once opened in reader, click on save a copy. Save to wherever you like.

Browse alphabetically to "Business Communication Manager 400" then follow the "User Guides" link under Documentation.

Technical User
You don't need the User ID or Password to access Doc's.
