User Guid needed for BIS10, HFAI, Standard 2

I need to show a customer how to program a button for speed dial on there BIS,HFai,and standard set. Its been so long and I have lost the manual. Does anyone know where I can find it for free. Thanks.

type in BIS10 into the search field in the middle of the screen and he second entry is the quick reference manual, it is javascript not a link or I would have posted it here.
