User getting email not addressed to them

Exchange 2003 on Win 2003 server/AD: I have a user getting emails (spam) that are addresses to other people within the organization. I've checked the user attributes/email address/ and only his email address is listed on this tab. Any ideas?

Probably BCC. Use the Message Tracking Center in Exchange System Manager to get an actual list of recipients.
