User getting an - your file could not be printed due to an error, Excel 2013

There is an user that our organization supports and they recently were upgraded to Office 2013. She is getting the above error when tries to print a print area. They do not get the error if they print the entire spreadsheet and it does not happen with all workbooks. I know that they are running on Windows 7 professional. I do not have Office 2013, so I have been unable to do any testing.

Any ideas.

Outside chance it could be the printer driver. PS drivers seem to work best for us with Windows/Office apps; others not so much.

I have read something about an XPS driver that might work. I will let the technician working with the user. Thanks.
