Can any one tell me about User Function Library !

UFLs are user defined functions that you can add to crystal reports. The functions can be written in a number of different languages.

Your best bet is to purchase George Peck's book "Crystal Reports v8.5 - The Complete Reference". There is a great chapter on how to do this in this book. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Also keep in mind that with CR 9, you can build your own functions and keep a standard repository without requiring a UFL.

So if there's a UFL message in a report of yours, this means that someone wrote some custom DLL for use with Crystal Reports.
