user existing windows authorization in Visual C++ application

Do you know is there a way to use existing windows authorization in a VC++ application? We have a VC++ application to allow user access windows resource in a dedicated system by follow some special key press sequence. We plan to add authorization to this for extra protection. It will be the best if we can just use the existing Windows Authorization which user need to input whenever the machine is accessed.
