User drops calls 1

We have a user complaining that sometimes when his message light comes on he drops the call he is on, and his headset light goes off. It sounds almost as if the phone is resetting.

Is this site using DS (64XX) or DT (20XX) Phones.

There was an issue with DT Modules rebooting due to a software bug, this fault has been fixed in Firmare 3.4(27) firmware for the DT 16 and 30 Modules, as yet has not been resolved in 4.0(16) should be included in 4.0(17) version 2 firmware release due next month.
This also resolved a slow dialing issues on the phones above.
