user dns reset

I added a adaptiver server anywhere 8.0 driver in the ODBC then I configured it and tested connection and it ran well until i restarted my computer and my user dns was not found. I have server 2003 which the main database is located and i logged in my domain through a client computer. What is the solution in keeping the user dns in the ODBC?
