User Disabling Everyday

I have a client with a 403& Phone 30 software version 2.15


There is a group called Main and the user has phone Manager Pro. Every morning or during the day this user gets disabled out of the group and the Main Number stops working can anyone help with this it's driving me crazy
 
Are you still having this problem? I would immediately upgrade to 2.1.27, as 2.1.15 is very bad.
 
Ok Won't upgarde the client yet due to upgrading my 2 systems to 2.1 (27) currently running 2.1 (24) on both systems. But i also had a work around seeing that only 1 user was in the group.
 
Also replace PM with V2.1.10

the verson of phone manager on the V2.1.10 CD is V2.1.8 & still has the group bug
a patch to convert to V2.1.10 is available form avaya of if needed my FTP server.

As usual Morrack is a master of understatement when he describes V2.1.15 as very bad.

 
We had this problem after 2.1.27 upgrade, even after upgrading PM to 2.1.10. Resolved it by down grading all PM's to 2.0.14 - and you don't need the full install either, just the following files OpenH323.dll, PTlib.dll, iClaritySvr.exe & PhoneManager.exe - much easier to push out via a script if you have lots of PM users :-D
 
I had same problem with numerous clients

Installed Phone Manager 2.1.10 . Phonemanager.exe. only ,not complete install and problem resolved and happy clients all around
