Right now, using the same Symposium client PC, I can connect to the new SCCS 5.0 server and the old SCCS 4.0 server with different IP addresses. When I connect to the old SCCs 4.0 server I can view and run all my user defined reports. But when I connect to the new server, I do not see my user defined reports.

How can I move/copy all the user defined reports that were created in Symposium 4.0 to the new Symposium 5.0?

Thanks in advance.

On your local machine (Program Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\data) there's a file called NICRPT.mdb which contains all your local reports.
In there, in the table Reports the column "UserID" represents the userid's which can view the reports. Change this for all required reports to "None" and you can see them again.

Be sure that you do not convert the database to a newer version of Access as this might cause corruption of this file. If this happens you can use a similair file from another PC (or have a copy created before you make any changes :))

Worked okay now.

Thank you very much.
