Hi all, recently I have migrated a co-resident CC6 Server to another new server which includes CCMS, CCMA, LM and SU. Restored the CCMS and CCMA data to the new server with no problems. But just discovered for CCMA, those user defined reports in historical reports have disappeared. But if I try to to recreate the reports again with the same names as origianl, it gaves an error saying that the reports have already exist. Any idea from you guys?
Thanks!

The CCMA stores a copy ('template' of the original report) in a 'private folder', f.e. ;
C?:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\WClient\Apps\Reporting\Historical\rpt\RCW\Private\webadmin\

I always use the 'webadmin' account to import reports so in my case it's the \webadmin\ folder.

* Delete the .rpt file in your user account (webadmin?) folder.
* Re-import the original report with the original name.
* Done..
