User Defined Control's property with a list of posible values

I need to know how to create a User Defined Control where I can set a property from a combo box from a list of posible values when it is used in a project.

A google search returned several articles that clearly explain how to do what you need, including at least one with a very detailed walkthrough.

It took me about 10 seconds which included typing in the search criteria and pressing enter twice.
