User date not updating

When you go into Dynamics there is a date (like a URL) at the top of the screen. This is the User date and is the date that defaults all over the place. We have one user that is always logged in (24x7). The date normally changes automatically and everything is hunky and dorey.

Recently (this past weekend and a few weeks ago) the date did not change while the user reamined logged in - In fact it stayed as 12/18/2003 'till I logged the user off and logged them back in this morning (12/22/2003). All of the SOP documents now think that the user date was the 18th. All of this is while the system date is just fine.

Anyone else run into this and have the problem solved?

What version are you running as v7.X onwards brings up a dialog at Midnight to ask if you want the user time updated.
