Can someone please explain how to properly and completely remove a user from Groupwise. Currently, I remove a user from NDS and check the option to delete the Groupwise entity as well. But when I run GW maintenance, I'm still showing user databases that had been deleted long ago (over 30). Obviously, these can take up significant space and are likely to cause problems in the future if not removed. How do I get rid of them without picking through the database? And how do I prevent this in the future?

Have you tried deleting the groupwise account prior to deleting the user?
