I had a user who was unable to make any changes to the preference tab when looking up recordings. I checked all the setting and everything was administered correctly. I logged in with her account and I verified she was unable to make changes. I re-administered her NICE credentials and this solved the issue. But now She cannot see any of her recording prior to the change. I would have to giver her super-user rights since the recordings would have to be looked up under the station she is on and they come up as "basic recordings, user" What did I do incorrectly and how do ZI solve this in the future. I have come across users having issue with their NICE logins and removing and re-administering always worked but this is the first time a user complained of the recording be "lost"
