User credentials are getting invalid - Cognos

We are using Cognos 8.1.
We have 2 Namespaces say Authors8 and Series 7.
Authors8 Namespace is used to store User Groups and Roles whereas Series 7 Namespace is an Authentication source, it picks the users from LDAP directory servers ( we have 2 Directory servers for our environment). We add one user in 2 Directory Servers.
The issue we are facing here is…for once in a month or once in every three months , User credentials are getting invalid.
And there names are getting disappear from the User Groups ( which could be in Authors8 namespace) as a quick fix we are resetting there passwords in Directory servers and adding them in the respective user groups.
We informed same to Cognos and they have no clue why the names are disappearing from Authors8 namespace as though it looks like someone intentionally removing them manually !
I see the issue is because of some CAMID mismatches within the 2 Directory Servers…probably they are getting out of sync.
Any suggestions on this issue will be deeply appreciated.
