User creation rights ONLY....

Hello !

I am currently trying to find a way of setting up a user on a domain that has rights ONLY to set up other users on the domain. Does anyone know how to do this for Windows NT4 and also indeed for 2000 Advanced Server?

Maybe it would also be possible to set up a group that has this capability also.

Look at the built in group Account Operators.

Thank you for your response... In fact, I had totally misinterpreted the situation. (working in France...)

In fact, what we actually want to do is to create a user that has ONLY the right to put computers onto a domain. The user must not have any other rights. any suggestions?
