User creation + kill command

Is there anyway of creating a user so that it can kill any process on the system e.g a root process?

you have root user for that purpose.

any soultion use "sudo

Thanks for the quick reply. The security at our company is a bit hectic, so they don't want anyone to use root. Is Suedo working on AIX5.2? Thanks.

I currently have sudo running on 4.33, 5.1, and 5.2 with no problems and I'm running sudo 1.6.6 on 5.2 machines. Good luck.
