Hi,

I am trying to find out how to save the user created reports in crystal, make it available to each and every login for the sccs. If I save the rpt file under Nortel Networks/Client/en/rpt folder and then import it in symposium that works fine on that particular computer. Is there any way that I can make it available on the differnt logins on different computers, also could it be done via the web client?
Also the user created rpt when imported in sysmposium and then I run it, it never gives me an option to select the interval(interval, daily, weekly , monthly) that dropdown menu is always disabled even if the database used is iApplicationStat for example.
And finally on a computer the new patches of the software were installed and with that the user created reports stopped working. It can be imported but when i try to run it. any clues on that?

Please advice.
Thanks

For your first question, the answer is no; you have to do it on each PC. However, see this post to see how you can duplicate that on other PC's - that is, *ALL* your report info:

For your next question, you cannot modify the interval, daily weekly monthly setting on custom reports; that is built into the report structure in crystal based on the view you use.

Third question, please post more details - what were you running and what did you patch to; what error message do you get, etc.

Thanks -Matt
