User Copy Facility within iManager

When we create a new user within iManager using the copy facility, it brings across the old users Groupwise email information. Is there a way of suppressing this ?

iManager doesn't have GroupWise snapins.. So it's unlikely that it's adding the users post office or other account info. Probably just the email address and maybe a few other minor things.. ? Is that correct?

If this is true, you should be able to add the new user to the post office in ConsoleOne and it will then be given the correct information that overwrites any info that was in the slop left over from the copy.

Better yet, why not just use ConsoleOne and Templates to create the new users.

Thanks Marvin for replying, we have since discovered that this has been listed as a bug and appears on the Novell site of known problems.
