On my access database Addenda Form (grouped by project #s), I want the form to only show one section field unless the user needs to add-on additional sections. How would I create this option on a form and still allow it to be user friendly?

I don't understand the question, could you provide an example or something to clarify a little more? Joe Miller

I apologize for not explaining this more clearly. I've created a subform called Addenda that keeps track of all addendas issued, and the records are linked to the main form's Project ID #s. Each addenda varies on the number of sections it contains (but defaults to always show the first one), and I want to give the users the option to add additional sections if needed, and once selected to add on sections, a new section would pop up under Section #1 along with a vertical scroll bar to allow them to review and edit the additional sections, but they can still use the navigational bar on the subform to review the other addendas.
I hope this helps and thanks for all the help!!
