I have one user that can't email to users in a particular domain but all my other users can without a problem. When I look at the SMTP queue properties for that domain I see the message(s) sitting in the queue and the staus says retry-remote deliver and at the bottom of that window it says "the remote server did not respond to a connection attempt". Any ideas as to why she can not email anyone in that domain but everyone else in my domain can.
