User cant access application

Guys\gals please help if you can ...
Ive a user who was able to connect to an application. Now when he connects he logs into NT no problem then into ICA and I can see from the server Admin that hes connect and has an Active session but the application doesent fire up. Hes in all the neccessary NT Groups. Other users on his PC login no problem, he gets the same failure on other PCs. He can connect to other apps ok.

Any suggestions? Ive tried deleting his Profile both NT and Citrix, Ive reinstalled the application also.
My hunch is that its an issue with the application itself. Also no error messages are generated.
 
Can anyone else run this app successfully? If not then I would agree that this sounds like an issue with the app itself. I had something similar with running an oracle client on the citrix server. the issue was actually with the database server. rebooted that and the problem went away. do you reboot your citrix box regularly?
