Dear All,
I have an issue with outlook 2007, When a user composes a new email and sends the intended recipient does not receive but when the user replies or fowards an email it is delivered.

I have checked Exchange Message tracking and it shows the message as sent, I also disabled and stopped Policy patrol anti-spam services still no delivery and no NDR.

I have also tried to send email as plain text still not working.

This has been happening for the past one week and the user is getting uncomfortable.

Please help...

I also created a new user and this new user has the same issue... even in OWA

Hi All,
I have discovered where the issue was.. I checked that the email address policy was not applied on the user's account..

The AD domain is xyz01.abc.com but the external email address is @abc.com, when I checked the properties of the user's email, under the Email Addresses tab I discovered that the user's email address contains user@abc.com but when I added the user@xyz01.abc.com email started flowing.

I have checked the logs to determine why this occurred only for the user while no changes were made on Exchange server except on the Policy patrol spam characteristic changes that was made..

Please does anyone have any clues as to why/how this happens?

Regards
