User cannot run Compiled report 1

I created a compiled report (8.5) and can run the report by clicking print and changing the paremeter fields. The end user is not able to open it by clicking print (she can view it with the saved data). When she tired to click the print so that she can change the parameters, it pops up and ask to log into the server where the data is stored. This is normal, however, when she enters the password it does not respond, it gives the login screen again. She is able to run other compiled reports that link to the server and it accepts the password on them, just not this one. I have tried to recompile the report and it usually indicates it already exist and I just overwrite it.

Where is the data used by the report?

If it uses ODBC, then the same DSN and drivers must be on the client PC. I have the same problem with people using my report viewer. The DSN must be exactly the same. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
