User cannot Receive email from...

Hi,

We have just upgraded from Groupwise 5.5E to 6. Since then we have one user who cannot email another user. They can email everyone else but this one specific person. And the person on the receiving end can reaceive from everyone else. the two users are in two separate post offices. I am totally lost as to why this might have happened or how to fix it.
 
What are the properties of the sent email? Is an undeliverable message received for it? Have you run any mailbox utilities on the mailboxes?

Hi,

The message just gets lost. There is no undeliverable message. The seetings are the same for everyone and she has no problem emailing anyone else.
 
If you go to an email that was sent to the mailbox, right-click and choose properties, what does it show for the status of the email? Again, have you run any mailbox utilites on the affected mailbox(es)? Are there any rules in affect at the recipients end? Is the address chosen from the system address book or could it be from the Frequent Contacts book therefore having an incorrect address?

Just some questions that come to mind. Let us know some of those answers and maybe we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Hi,

There are no rules set up for this user. The message says that message has been delivered but not opened.
