User cannot print in color within Citrix

Hi all!

I am experiencing a problem. A user has a locally connected HP Deskjet 920 and can print in color and b/w outside Citrix (local)
When in Citrix the Deskjet is auto-created but cannot print in color, only b/w. Citrix has provided the Universal printerdriver but the Native driver can be selected from the client. Even though, with both options he still cannot print in color.
He used to print in color but that was when he had a W95 based client. Now he has a recent XP client. That is the only significant difference.

Anyone has a clue why color printing is not available?

Our serverconfiguration: Metaframe XP on 2 Citrix servers in the farm, W2K based. No mapped printerserver.

The universal driver for XP is not Colour, thought there are updates available.

Forgive me but is there not a colour 920 as well as a normal 920, I can't remember
