Hello all,

I have a user who all of a sudden today cannot get into
their mailbox. In the 2003 active directory, under the properties of that user thefollowing tabs are missing...

Email address tab
Exchange Features tab
Exchange Advance tab
Exchange General tab

error message: "Unable to open the default email folder. The attempt to log onto the exchange server has failed"

What is the best way to help this issue.

Also I want to thank all of you who replied to my multiple domains on a one pc issue.

Have super hoildays

When you need words of wizdom tektips is the place to go.

Make sure their AD account isn't locked out or that their password has expired.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Here is what I found out.

In the Exchange System Manager, Under the administrative groups, under Servers, under Mailboxes, the user had that scarey red ball with the white x on it. Highlight the user with the scarey red ball then on the menubar click Action, then select Reconnect. The user is back up and running full throttle.

Happy New Year everyone.
