I upgraded Exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000 on a w2k server.
OWA sends a logon box when accessed in Intenet Explorer.
When Administrator and other users logon in it works,
however one user cannot logon, it seems like a right issue,
but to what I donot know.
The user can get into exchange in outlook client so their
account is ok. It is just the web access.
How can I get them rights or access to OWA?

On your Exchange Server, go to Active Directory Users and Computers, Select View and set to Advanced Features. Then go to the properties of the affected user, select Exchange Advanced, and protocol settings. Select HTTP protocol, and click the settings button. Check the enable for mailbox.
