User cannot dial long distance

IP 406 DS ver. 3.1 (56) of the Manager software.

This user cannot dial mexico. They have a pass code for long distance and need to dial 9 in order to begin placing a call. They dial 011 and the phone cuts the dialing off and returns to the standard screen. Hopefully this is clear enough, thanks.

Mexico is 0052 for international access isnt it?

(9)011 wouldnt work surely so it sounds like the number might not be valid.

US international dialing starts with 011. If you are not in the US then disregard. I would check his user short codes. You did write your post in a leading manner that makes me believe that ALL other phones can dial this number.

Well the whole number works on other user's phone including mine. I have compared our user settings in the manager and they are the same. I cant display the full number but it works on my phone.
