User Cannot be located in the RES database.

New in Micros 3700 5.4 version, Build 5.4.0100.2276.
I installed this Micros version over Windows 7 64 Bits 12 Gb of Memory.
Micros Control Panel starts in Front Of House mode, but Pos Configurator does not works, and i received this message: User Cannot be located in the RES database.See your Property Expert for assistance.

Did you install with an existing micros.db or did the install create a new one?

When installing, the installer creates an empty db, no users except for dba access. The easiest thing to do is find yourself an existing micros.db and micros.log files with known configurator access and swap out the empty db. Otherwise, there are specific steps to create a first user, but I never did it (even after 12 years), we always swapped an existing db with users already in it.
