I have a sales manager that can not view any data in his reports. Everyone else in my organization can. First, I made sure all of the user roles were correct and everyone in the team has the same roles. I also made sure that that proper search criteria was chosen. When my sales manager trys to run the sales pipeline report it runs, but has no data inside of it. I noticed that when he runs the report, the upper left portion with the "Groub By Sales Process" drop down, is greyed out. Everyone elses in the team works just fine. I ran a code comparison in the win diff tool and noticed that the good file had a string of code and the users file did not. So I need my sales manager to be able to run his reports and be able to see his data. Does anyone have suggestions on how to rectify this situation? Thanks in advance!
