All of a sudden one of my user cannot receive any emails from outside our domain. This user has been just fine for over a year now. This user can send emails inside the domain and to the outside world. This user can also receive emails from other users inside the domain. All other users can receive emails from the outside. When I try to send an email from gmail this is what gets bounced back.

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <user@mydomain.com>: Recipient address rejected: Blocked (state 14).

I am running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003.

Nevermind. I figured it out. It was my spam filter. Thanks all for reading.
