User Buttons changing to themselves R11.0.4.3 Build 3

Has anyone else experienced this? I have user buttons programmed on all the phones for internal extensions and Randomly the button will change the "Action Data" to its own extension.

I have had this happen at a few customer sites as well as on our PBX. We are all on R11.0.4.3 Build 3

Did you check SSA for control unit audit to make sure that the systems are not being changed?

teletechman: Yes. It happened on about 5 out of 15 extensions at my customers site where one or two random user buttons were pointing at themselves. I deleted the buttons, merged, re-created the buttons, merged and they were back to normal. It also happened on one extension on our in-house PBX.
