User Basic Search error

I've installed CM 3.3(3) with German Language Pack.

If i try to search an User or add an User, i get an error message "Sorry, your session object has timed out.\n Click here to reload \n".
The reload has the same effect.

I thought this is an DCD problem, but i check my PWD for the Directory Manager in the Reg and the DCD System Accounts. Also the Service is working.

Thanks for tips to search.
