User Backup of ORACLE 8.0 Generate fail with Dr.watson

When the user launch a manual backup for the oracle database and show the windows with the utility for RMAN generate a execption with DR.WATSON and the utility is closed.

The system is Windows NT 4.0 With SP6
Client Veritas NB 4.5 and MP4
Oracle agent installed
