User Authorization on Module Problem

Hi,

I have one newly created user ID with full access rights for Account Receivable Module. But when login to one of the PC, the whole module not shown. Tried using other PC, and it works fine.

Had tried to uninstall and re-install & run the regacc again but now even worse that ADMIN login not showing the AR module as well. And strange that it show 2 order entry module instead.

Any advise on how to solve it ?

1. REGACC is not a magic utility, you only run it once on each install.
2. You shouldn't be installing the whole application on each PC. Put the programs in a shared location and run WSSETUP\Setup.Exe
3. Your databases are incorrectly set up. There should be a separate system and company database.
4. Pay for the services of a certified consultant, your system is screwed up.

Hi All,

Just an update.

PC were installed using WSSETUP and database are working correctly. Suspect registry issue.

After installed locally, able to show with correct module.
