User Authentication Error

Hi

I wonder if anyone could help.

I have one user who is having problems using VPN.

We are running Windows 2000 with SonicWall using Radius authentication.

The user is on Windows XP, using a netgear router. They can log in once and use PC Anywhere to dial in to work on their pc at work. However, they close down their PC and when they try again, the same day, it doesn't allow them in - they get a User Authentication Error asking for a username and password. Put in the Windows 2000 username and password and it still doesn't allow her to log on.

any ideas?

what's the error code? also please check the event viewer and post back with any error.
