Does anyone know if it is possible to send the information from the Users and Extensions lists to a spreadsheet? I would like to be able to have username, extension #, card # or expansion module, and port # on a spreadsheet to be able to move or swap users without getting out laptop and manager to look this info up.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

You can export all the users to a .csv. You can also export the configuration which will have the extension list, again this is also a .csv file.

Exporting the whole config to a csv and editing it down is a bit of a faff.

You can log into SSA and just highlight all the extensions (Click on the first then Shift click on the last) then Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V into an excel spreadsheet.

I too would go with SSA as well. Export of the users only gives names and extensions. SSA will give port or IP, and probably more information than you want.

I just tried then. Can't seem to get it to work on SSA.

High light the whole thing. You can't right click to get a copy propmt. Do a control-C. And then paste control-V to an empty execel spread sheet. I just did it here in our office, so I know it works.

Yup just tried it then. Is working now. Had no idea what I was doing before.

That is definitely the way to do it!
