user activity report

Is there anyone who has successfully configured the v2023.1 user activity report
I did tick the "enable user activity logs" in database setup
selected "user activity information" in Administrative services"
run propagation
the report still prints blank
any ideas?

I did notice this issue as well but am still trying to figure out what causes this the issue. Did you come fine?
