User access issues in Lotus Notes TeamRoom

I have a small teamroom--about a dozen users. Author is the default access. One of the users is unable to save docs in the teamroom or assign others to view docs. All she can do is read what's already there.

Everything looks good in the ACL, preferences, etc. I don't know what else to check.

 
I don't really have an explanation, just some suggestions of what's worked for me. There's two things I've tried when I've run into your situation, first is to bump up the access higher than necessary and once that's taken effect then just move it back down. Second, you could try removing the person from the ACL or group and re-adding using the Address Book directory look-up.
